Royal Bath and West Regeneration

London & Wharfedale Limited, Regeneration Partner to the Royal Bath and West of England Society, announce exciting and comprehensive regeneration proposals for the Society's Showground site at Shepton Mallet.

Included in the regeneration is a zone for businesses related to the rural economy, two hotels, a visitor destination centre for companies and individuals selling everything from rural crafts to farm and garden machinery, and from outdoor clothing to speciality produce. It is estimated that 1500 new jobs will be created with over one million new visitors per annum to the site.

The proposals are exclusively focussed on supporting the business and aims of the Society, securing the future of the show & venue, as money raised will be re-invested into the Showground buildings and infrastructure which include a 100000 sq ft Conference and Exhibition centre.

The development offers great opportunity for regional and national operators to be part of this unique project.
